خفايا وأسرار حركة الضباط الوحدويين الأحرار في سبتمبر 1969 (6)

التنفيذ

وتنفيذاً لما اتُفق عليه بين القذافي والأمريكان سنة 1966 وقع ما يلي:

ـ فجر الأول من سبتمبر وقبل إذاعة البيان الأول للإنقلاب تم توحيد البث الإذاعي لأول مرة في ليبيا. كما تم تشغيل منظومة المخابرة العسكرية التى أمنت الاتصالات بين جميع وحدات الجيش. وكانت الشركات الأمريكية هي المخططة والمنفذة لهذا المشروع المهم… مما كان له الأثر المباشر في نجاح إنقلاب سبتمبر 69.

ـ عند الساعة الثالثة من صباح الإثنين الأول من سبتمبر 1969 وبالقرب من أحد مداخل مدينة طرابلس الجنوبية، قامت سيارة وقود عسكرية أمريكية يقودها جندي أمريكي أسود بتزويد رتل المدرعات الذى كان يقوده الضابط الجرئ النقيب إمحمد الحاراتي بالوقود.

ونكاد نجزم بأن سبب مقتل النقيب الحاراتي في حادث سيارة على طريق طرابلس الخمس في أكتوبر 1970 كان بسبب إفشائه لهذا السر الخطير، وقد قُتل في نفس الحادث اثنان من أصدقائه هما محمد العريفي ومسعود بوكر.

ـ عند الساعة السابعة من صباح يوم الإنقلاب،  اتصل العقيد مختار كانون حكمدار مرور طرابلس هاتفياً بالعميد على عقيل نائب مدير الأمن العام، الذى كان يقاوم منذ الصباح الباكر مع ثلاثة من ضباط الشرطة ومجموعة من الجنود بعضاً من أفراد الجيش المدعمين بمدرعة، والذين كانوا يحاولون اقتحام مبنى مديرية الأمن بشارع سيدي عيسى بطرابلس (بسبب هذا الموقف المبدئي والوطني سجن العميد عقيل خمس سنوات).

وبعد تبادل بعض الكلمات قال له العميد عقيل: “أنت يا مختار تقول لي سلم المبنى واترك سلاحك هكذا مثل ما قالوه لي الأمريكان… فقد اتصل بي قائد قاعدة الملاحة المستر جو يأمرني بعدم إفتعال مشاكل مع المسيطرين على البلد لأن كل شئ انتهى!!.”

والمستر جو هو العقيد و“الماسوني” دانيل جيمس (1920 – 1978)، تولى قيادة قاعدة الملاحة من أغسطس 1969 وحتى مارس 1970 وهو القائد الفعلي لإنقلاب سبتمبر.

كل هذا ومعمر القذافي كان ـ كما تؤكد عدة مصادر ـ مستلقياً على سريره في معسكر قاريونس يستمع الى الأناشيد العسكرية وقد وضع رجلا على رجل، ولم يصل إلى مبنى الإذاعة ببنغازي إلا عند الساعة السادسة إلا عشر دقائق… وذلك حسب رواية اثنين من “الضباط الوحدويون الأحرار” هما الملازم أول عبدالفتاح يونس والرائد عبدالمنعم الهوني.
ـ عند الساعة الثامنة والنصف صباحاً، دخل المقدم مختار الدعوكي، المسؤول المالي بمعسكر باب العزيزية ـ حيث مقر قيادة الجيش ـ إلى حجرة مليئة بالضباط، فأدى التحية للعقيد مفتاح الباح وقال: مبروك يا أفندم، معتقداً أنه قائد الإنقلاب، فرد عليه الباح مبتسماً: مبروك على إيه يا أهبل.. اقعد.

وكان بحوزة المقدم الدعوكي جوازات وتذاكر سفر لمجموعة من قادة الإنقلاب كان من المفروض سفرهم عند الساعة العاشرة من صباح ذلك اليوم، الأول من سبتمبر، لحضور دورات تدريبية في بريطانيا.

وكان الفوج الأول من الضباط المحتجزين بمعسكر باب العزيزية يضم كل من العقداء عون ارحومه شقيفة، عزيز شنيب ومفتاح الباح والمقدمون نصرالدين هامان، بالعيد مرعي وشعبان عمارة.

وقد استغرب هؤلاء الضباط دقة التخطيط، فقد كانت الأسِرّة والبطاطين والمأكولات جاهزة بالمعسكر لاستقبال المعتقلين، لا يستطيع حفنة من الملازمين القيام بذلك.

ـ عند الساعة العاشرة، وصلت إلى معسكر باب العزيزية مدرعات من نوع (صلاح الدين) و(فريت) و(سراسين) وعليها جنود يتصايحون، فوقف النقيب عبدالسلام إجلود عضو مجلس الإنقلاب ومعه سلاحه يحييهم وصاح: “لقد فتحوا لنا مخازن الأسلحة (من؟)… الآن يا إخوان الثورة نجحت!”

ثم استدرك وانتبه أنه يكلم أناس محجوزين وضباط كبار فأمر رئيس العرفاء (بحرية) سالم سعيد أمين عام مجلس الوزراء، والعقيد فيما بعد، بإحضار الشاى للضباط المحتجزين، فقد قام ضباط أمريكيون بفتح مخازن السلاح والذخيرة في معسكري قرجي وبئر الأسطى ميلاد وتسليم 180 مدرعة جديدة للإنقلابيين.

هذه المدرعات كانت محجوزة لهذا الغرض، ومُنعت أيدى الجيش والقوة المتحركة والشرطة من الوصول اليها قبل ذلك التاريخ بحجة أنه لا بد من التدريب عليها وإجراء الصيانة اللازمة.

وهناك معلومات لم نتمكن من تأكيد صحتها أن العميد أحمد جهيم الورفلي مدير عام القوة المتحركة في طرابلس قام بتسليم مفاتيح ومعدات القوة المتحركة إلى النقيب عبدالسلام إجلود بناءاً على أوامر صدرت له من السفارة الأمريكية.

في هذا الجو المريح الآمن وأثناء إعداد الشاى بدأ النقيب إجلود في الثرثرة سارداً البطولات التى قام بها صباح ذلك اليوم وكيف أنه: اقتحم بيت أحمد عون سوف وزير الداخلية الأسبق واستولى على الحلاطة (جراب السلاح والذخيرة مصنوع من الجلد يلبسه المحارب حول صدره) الخاصة بالمجاهد عون محمد سوف المحمودي والد أحمد، وكيف استولى أيضاً على سيف المجاهد المهدى إليه من قبل أحد السلاطين العثمانيين،

وأنه أهان وزيراً سابقاً وجعله يزحف على ركبتيه وكيف شتم وزير الزراعة حامد بوسرويل لأنه لم يهتم بطلبات والده.

ـ عند الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً، قام النقيب عبدالمنعم الهوني، عضو مجلس قيادة الإنقلاب ورئيس المخابرات العامة لاحقاً، والنقيب عبدالمجيد هامان بتوصيل يحي عمر سعيد، الذى اصطحب معه أكثر من عشرين حقيبة تضم بين طياتها ثروة من المجوهرات، من بيته بميدان القاديسية ـ الوسام الذهبي سابقاً ـ إلى قاعدة الملاحة الأمريكية وذلك بأمر من معمر القذافي شخصياً وبالتنسيق مع العقيد (دانيل جيمس) آمر قاعدة الملاحة وضابط المخابرات الأمريكي الجنرال (جوزيف كابوتشي).

أما مصطفى بن حليم فقد أبلغته المخابرات الأمريكية ـ كما أبلغت رؤساء شركات النفط الأمريكية العاملة في ليبيا ـ بضرورة حزم حقائبة قبل الأول من سبتمبر فغادر ليبيا يوم الإثنين 25 أغسطس 1969.

شكل القذافي لجنة سرية برئاسة الرائد عبدالسلام إجلود ـ “محقق الجلاء” كما وصف على ملصقات صغيرة ظهرت عقب إنتهاء مسرحية مفاوضات الجلاء في 15 ديسمبر 1969 ـ وعضوية النقيب طيار فتحى بن طاهر والمستشار القانوني محمود البكوش للتفاوض مع الأمريكان والإنجليز بخصوص تعويض الدولتين عن قواعدهما في ليبيا. وبدون تردد وافق الإنقلابيون على دفع ثلاثة مليارات دولار لأمريكا و800 مليون جنيه استرليني لبريطانيا.

كانت هذه الصفقة أشبه بطوق نجاة لبريطانيا التى كانت تعاني آنذاك من مشاكل اقتصادية جمة. وبحسبة بسيطة تكون الدولتان قد إسترجعتا ما دفعتاه مقابل تأجيرهما للقواعد، أضعافاً مضاعفة.

بعد الإنقلاب لم تتوقف الطلعات التدريبية للطيران الحربي لدول حلف الأطلنطي (الناتو) فوق الأجواء الليبية والمتواجد على متن حاملات طائرات الأسطول السادس الأمريكي والقواعد العسكرية في أوروبا، بل وبحسب اتفاقات 1966 قام القذافي بتعيين ضابط برتبة نقيب بوزارة الخارجية الليبية ليقوم بمهمة التنسيق لطلعات طيران الحلف مع القيادات العسكرية المتواجدة بمقر القيادة الجنوبية للحلف الأطلنطي بمدينة نابولي الإيطالية، وحسب علمنا فهذه الاتفاقية ما زالت سارية المفعول ولم تلغ.
