المعركة فِي الداخل: متى وكيف؟

حصلت ليبَيا على استقلالها سنة 1951م، ولم يكن هَذا الاستقلال منحة أو هديّة بل كان ثمرة لجهود مخلصة وتضحيّات جسيمة قدمها الأجداد والآباء مُنذ المُقاومة الشاملة للغزو الإيطالي الغاشم ومَا تطلبته تلك المرحلة مِن إعداد ومَا تخللها مِن تضحيّات، وأعمال نضاليّة جهاديّة حربيّة وسياسيّة على امتداد فترة الاستعمار الإيطالي، ومَا صاحبها وأعقبها مِن معاناة وهجرة وتشرد.

أجل، لم يقف الشّعب الِلّيبيّ عاجزاً مستسلماً ولكنه حارب الغزو الإيطالي رغم قلة الإمكانات والعتاد، وألحق بالعدو خسائر جسيمة، ثمّ ناضل سياسياً يوم عجزت المُقاومة المُسلحة التي دامت أكثر مِن عشرين عاماً عَن طرد المستعمر بسبب قلة امكاناتها ونقصها أمام ضخامة العدد والعدة عند العدو الإيطالي.

إنَّ تحوّل الشّعب الِلّيبيّ إِلى النَّضال السّياسي بعْد توقف المُقاومة المُسلحة، وسعيه المستميت بكلّ الوسائل فِي طرد المستعمر الغاشم، يدل دلالة قاطعة على حيويّة هَذا الشّعب وقوَّة إيمانه، وقدرته على العطاء والتضحيّة، وعلى واقعيته واستعداده لمواجهة الظروف حسب متطلباتها وضروراتها.

وبعد ذلك، تحقق الاستقلال، وتحققت لشعبنا الِلّيبيّ، أعظم آماله التي ضحى مِن أجلها بالآلاف مِن رجاله وفرسانه. وبعْد سنوات مِن الاستقلال، جاء النفط… وأضحى الشّعب الِلّيبيّ فرحاً باستقلاله وبما منّ الله عليه مِن خير فِي أرضه المعطاءة ليعوّض سنين الفاقة والعوز والحرمان وليواجه متطلبات الحيَاة العصريّة الجديدة ونفقاتها وتكاليفها.. وبالطبع واجهته صعوبات كثيرة وتعرض لكثير مِن الأخطاء خلال المسيرة الشّاقة.

ولعلّ أهمّ هذه الأخطاء وأكثرها خطورة هي حرمانه مِن الممارسة السّياسيّة الحرَّة خلال العهد الملكي الّذِي حلّ وحظر التجمعات السّياسيّة أحزاباً وجمعيات فانصرفت اهتمامات النَّاس أو جلها إِلى الكسب المادي.

ولا شكّ أنها كانت سياسة خاطئة، ونظرة قاصرة يتحمل رجال ذلك العهد ومسئولوه وزرها الأكبر وقد دفعوا ثمنها باهظاً مِن أنفسهم ومعنوياتهم حيث نال منهم الدجّال القذّافي الكثير مُنذ بداية عهده الزائف المُتسلط واتخذ ذلك ذريعة لاعتقالهم وسجنهم وإقامة المحاكمات الهزلية والصورية لهم ومارس ضدَّهم كلَّ أنواع الترهيب والتشويه والضغوط النفسيّة والقهريّة.

لا نقول ذلك شماتة فِي رجالات ذلك العهد، ولا تقليلاً مِن شأنهم، بل لندين تلك الإجراءات التي قام  بها الطاغيّة القذّافي ضدَّهم والتي لم تكن إلاّ محاولة حاقدة منه لتحطيم كلّ الماضي والبناء على انقاضه، وهي طبيعة كلَّ الطغاة فِي كلّ زمان ومكان.

لقد كانت الخسارة كبيرة، والشّعب بعمومه دفع ثمن تهاونه وتسليمه فِي حقه يوم قبل بسياسة العهد الملكي، بفرض الوصايّة عليه، وحرمانه مِن خوض تجربة سياسيّة تصقله وتؤهله لمواجهة المُسْتقبل بمفاجأته، ومهما كان الدّافع إِلى إنتهاج تلك السّياسة، ومهما كانت المبررات التي يقدمها رجال ذلك العهد، وهي كثيرة بالطبع ورُبّما كانت مقنعة آنذاك فإنّ تلك السّياسة هي التي مهدت الطريق ليس لمجيء القذّافي فقط، بل لبقائه واستمرار زيفه الّذِي لم يظهر لكثير مِن الِلّيبيّين بسبب قلة التجربة السّياسيّة إلاّ بعْد أن اشتد عوده، وقويت شوكته.

إنّ الخطأ قابل أن يتكرر، وقد يتكرر إذا غاب الشّعب مرَّة أخرى عَن ممارسة دوره وحقه بل واجبه فِي فرض إراداته، وفرّط فِي وضع الضوابط التي تضمن له مستقبله، أو إذا سمح لفرد أو لفئة مهما كانت أن تفكر بالنيابة عنه، أو تفرض الوصايّة عليه.

إنّ الثمن الّذِي دفعه الشّعب الِلّيبيّ باهظ جدَّاَ، وهُو جزاء سكوته عَن خطأ جزئي رُبّما كان له مَا يبرره خلال العهد الملكي، فكيف بالأخطاء الجسيمة والجرائم الفظيعة التي يجري ارتكابها مُنذ سبتمبر 1969م فِي حق الشّعب الِلّيبيّ نفسه وفِي حق عقيدته، وقيمه وأخلاقه وعلاقاته، وفِي حق ثروته وطاقاته، وفِي حق تاريخه وحاضره ومُسْتقبله، وكيف والجرائم قد ارتكبت فِي حق الأشقاء والجيران والأصدقاء، وفِي حق الإنسانيّة كلها.

وإن ذلك الخطأ قد تترتب عليه أخطاء، وبهذا ستتكرر المأساة مَا لم يضع الشّعب الِلّيبيّ بنفسه حداً فاصلاً وحلاً حاسماً، ليتغيّر واقعه إِلى واقع آخر أفضل (إن اللَّهَ لا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُوا مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ)، ولا أخاله إلاّ  فاعلاً بعون الله، وهَذا مَا تشير إليه التحولات النفسيّة والمعنويّة والنَّضاليّة خلال السنوات القليلة الماضيّة.
