وجدتني في الثاني والعشرين من يونيو بين الذين اكتظ بهم صالون حزب السلام والازدهار في طرابلس لمتابعة اللقاء الأسبوعي الذي دُعيَ له من بنغازي الأستاذ سالم الكبتي واختار له التنظيمات السياسية في ليبيا بعد الاستقلال 1952 – 1969موضوعًا، ومحددًا إياها في:

  • الإخوان

  • التحرير الإسلامي

  • البعث العربي

  • حركة القوميين العرب

دون إغفال التيارات اليسارية عبر حضورها النقابي والصحفي ممن لم يبخل عن التذكير بجهودهم المكتوبة، سواءً ما أُعِدَّ خصيصًا أو جاء تعقيبًا، وبالضرورة إنصافًا، مُذكِّرًا بمن نُسِبَ إليهم تأسيس هذه التنظيمات وحوكموا في سبيلها وآخرين منهم شاركوا في التأسيس.

ولم يستوقفه خروجهم من البلاد ومنهم من اختلطت عليه الأمور في العقود الأخيرة، وكثيرٌ منها ورد في كتاب أيام القومية الذي نشره قبل سنواتٍ أربع.

وقد أعقب هذه المحاضرة حوار غير قليل من الصالة جمع بين الأسئلة والإضافات.

كنت من الذين قرنوا فيه بين تحية الباحث على جهده وحضِّه على تنوير جمهوره بما لديه من ملاحظات لا نشك في فاعليتها وقوة تأثيرها متى خفّفَ من تحفظّه حول أداء بعض الرموز التي لن ينال منها جهره بما لديه من المآخذ، فالكمال لله وحده.

فقد عزا إقدام الشريف محيي الدين على قتل ناظر الخاصة الملكية إبراهيم الشلحي إلى احتمال تأثره بفكر القوميين العرب باعتبار الشريف كان أحد الدارسين بالجامعة في بيروت حيث بدأ القوميون العرب.

دون أن يضع في اعتباره أن ما أسبغه السيد إدريس من الحظوة على الشلحي التي لم ينلها أي من أبناء البيت السنوسي بدءًا من:

السيد الصديق الرضا ابن عم السيد إدريس وأكثرهم علمًا ومجاهرة بالضيق من حظوة الشلحي، حتى إنه –بحسب بن حليم– كان يعزوها إلى السحر!،

أو بلقاسم أحمد الشريف الذي لم يخفف الملك الجديد والأمير السابق تحاشيه له،

أو السيد صفي الدين السنوسي الذي رشحته بعض الأطراف لولاية العهد، وأن الملك إدريس ـ غفر الله له ـ قد جانب الصواب عندما أبعد السنوسيين بالكامل من برقة؛ لأنهم لم يجتمعوا ويقرروا قتل الشلحي، كما أن اعتبار البوصيري الشلحي متأثرًا بالفكر القومي في مناصرته للجزائر لا تعني استبعاد حنينه إلى الأصول الجزائرية باعتباره حفيد السيد أحمد الشلحي المنحدر من منطقة باتنة في الجزائر.

بل إن المرحوم عبد العزيز الشلحي اختار باتنة اسمًا لمكتبه الذي أسسه عقب خروجه من السجن في زمن الفاتح من سبتمبر وبقائه داخل البلاد إلى أن رحل من الدنيا لإدراكه فيما يبدو أن دوره قد انتهى ولم يسمح لأي طرف أن يعيد استعماله كما حدث في عهد السيد إدريس والذي ليس مثل استشعاره لليأس جرّاء حرمانه من الخلَف ما جعله يرفض أي خطوة من خطوات الإصلاح والتي ليس خارجها ما رواه العزيز سالم الكبتي عن المرحوم حسين مازق عندما عرض على الملك تشكيل ثلاثة أحزاب ولم يقبلها الملك؛ ولولا الثقة المطلقة في صدق الرواة لفُتِحَت أبواب التأويل السيء.

فلم يكن الملك يومًا من أنصار الحزبية سواء وهو يعود عقب الحرب العالمية الثانية متحالفًا مع بريطانيا ومتبادلًا معها الثقة، أو قبل ذلك وهو يُحَضّر للمشاركة مع الحلفاء في تحرير الوطن ويحول بأكثر من مبرر دون وجود هيئة استشارية محددة العدد والمكان.

وإذ أُعيد ما سبق أن ذكرته في النقاش الذي تلا المحاضرة من أن المرحوم عامر الدغيّس إذا ما اعتبرناه مؤسس حزب البعث بليبيا، فإن الفكرة قد استوت لديه من شقيقين أردنيين يحملان لقب الضُعيفي، ومن هنا لم يكن البعث الليبي تابعًا للعراق ولا سورية.

أما دواعي تصفيته وغيره من الشرفاء فَلِمَ جاهر به من رفض التعاون الذي وصفه بدور الشرطي كما سمعت منه شخصيًا.

وفي مجال التذكير رفع عبد الله القويري شعار الشخصية الليبية كما ذكر في سيرته «الوقدات» وحاوره عدد من مثقفي بنغازي لم يذكر أسماءهم لأن الكتابة تمت في زمن الفاتح، وإن كانت الأوصاف تدل على الشريف الماقني و بلقاسم بن دادو.

والحديث يطول عن أصحاب المواقف غير المؤطرين في بنغازي بدايةً من طالب الرويعي الذي نشر أجرأ مقال بجريدة العمل بشأن المطر و خالد زغبية الذي نشر مقالة عوقب عليها بالمحاكمة.

أما الفتوى التي نسبها الأستاذ سالم الكبتي لدار الإفتاء حول الأصدقاء البعثيين، فالواقع أن الموقف من البعث جاهر به معهد البيضاء وتم هجاؤهم بقصيدة نونية شهيرة، البعض ينسبها لخليفة الغزواني والبعض الآخر لهاشم الشريف.

وينتهي الحيز ولا ينتهي الكلام، ويبقى الإعزاز والاحترام لمن تحدث ومن استمع وأخيرًا يوفر مساحة للنشر.
