ثمة صفحات مطوية في التاريخ الليبي يتحاشى تقريبا الجميع فتحها وإعادة قراءتها.

جمعنا الملك إدريس حضورا وبواديَ عربا وأمازيغَ وطوارقَ وتبوا وأفارقة، أتراكا وشركسَ وقريتلية ويونانيين ومالطيين ومسلمين ويهودا وطليان، مالكية وحنفية وأباضية، وكوّن من هذا الخليط وطنا، له علم ونشيد كتبه شاعر تونسي ولحنه موسيقار مصري، وبعد سنوات قليلة حاول الملك الاستقالة والهروب من هذا الكرنفال العجيب.

في بعض الرسائل التي نشرها مركز المحفوظات التاريخية، موجهة من بعض كبار المجاهدين إلى الجنرال غراسياني، يحذرونه بأنه إذا اقترب من الوطن سيدافعون عنه.

في ذلك الوقت كانت القوات الإيطالية تحتل كل الساحل الليبي بالإضافة إلى الجبل الغربي، وتحتل الجفرة كاملة بالإضافة إلى سبها، فعن أي وطن يتحدث هؤلاء؟.

في معركة القرضابية شارك إلى جانب قوات الجنرال مياني، خمسمئة من قوات مصراتة بقيادة رمضان السويحلي، وخمسمئة من ترهونة ومثلهم من مسلاتة وزليتن، بالإضافة إلى خمسمئة من ورفلة، ولكن زعيم ورفلة عبدالنبي بلخير بعث برسالة إلى الجنرال مياني يعتذر عن المشاركة معه في المعركة، لأنه يخشى من هجوم «الفلاّقة» على ورفلة، فاقتنع مياني وسمح لمقاتلي ورفلة بالانسحاب.

فمن هم الفلاّقة الذين يقصدهم بلخير؟.

وبعد أن انقلب المجاهدون على الطليان في مواجهة قوات صفي الدين السنوسي القادمة من اجدابيا، وقوات سيف النصر القادمة من فزان، تمكن السويحلي ومقاتلوه من الاستحواذ على معظم الأسلحة، مما شجعه لاحقا على الهجوم على ورفلة ومحاولة اغتيال بلخير في عقر داره، وهو السيناريو نفسه الذي تكرر بعد انتصار ثورة فبراير.

بعد هزيمة المجاهدين في معركة جندوبة انسحبت القبائل البدوية باتجاه الصحراء، بينما استسلم الحْضُور فليس لهم مكان يهربون إليه، وفاوض الهادي كعبار زعيم غريان على أن يسلم نفسه، مقابل ألا يستبيح الطليان غريان فوافق الطليان، وشنقوا الهادي كعبار ولم يواجهوا إلا مقاومة ضعيفة في منحدر اصبيح بقيادة مختار كعبار وعبدالله تامسكت، المجاهدون البدو الذين انسحبوا من جندوبة استباحوا واحات فزان ونهبوها.

ولم يتركوا للأهالي ما يبقيهم على قيد الحياة، وتنفسوا الصعداء عندما وصلت القوات الإيطالية لتعيد السيطرة على فزان، وهو أمر تكرر كثيرا وخاصة في طرابلس، وفقا لما كتبه أحمد النائب الأنصاري في كتابه «المنهل العذب في تاريخ طرابلس الغرب»، وأيضا في «الحوليات الليبية» للقنصل الفرنسي في طرابلس شارل فيرو، اللذين يؤكدان أن سكان طرابلس كانوا يخشون من فرسان البدو أكثر من الغزاة القادمين من البحر.

وعندما وصل أحمد القرهمانللي للسلطة في طرابلس مدعوما بالقبائل، لم يجد في خزائن القلعة ما يمنحه لفرسان القبائل، سوى أن يسمح لهم باستباحة المدينة لثلاثة أيام، وهذا الأمر تكرر عندما استعاد القرهمانلليون عرشهم بعد أن استولى عليه علي برغل بفرمان مزوّر.

وبعد أن هاجم علي برغل جزيرة جربة، قرر باي تونس مساعدة القرهمانلليين، فجمع القوات في سوسة فعُرفوا بعسكر سوسة، وعندما هرب علي برغل بكل ما وجده في خزائن طرابلس، لم يجد علي باشا ما يكافئ به التوانسة إلا السماح لهم باستباحة المدينة، ومنذ ذلك الوقت أطلق الطرابلسيون تعبير «عسكر سوسة» على أي شخص يتصرف بشكل معيب.

صمدت الجبهة الشرقية عشرين عاما في مواجه الطليان بفضل الحركة السنوسية، التي غيرت ولاء القبائل من ولائها العشائري الضيق إلى ولاء للحركة، لذلك لم يكن أمام الجنرال غرسياني لقطع الإمداد على قوات عمر المختار، إلا بترحيل قبائل الجبل الأخضر حيث تحصن المختار، إلى المعتقلات الجماعية في الصحراء، تلك المعتقلات التي لم يخرج منها إلا 35% من المعتقلين.

بعد قرابة مئة سنة لم يتغير شيء.

هذه البلاد التي كاد أن يتقاسمها المنتصرون في الحرب العالمية الثانية، وحتى الطليان الذين انهزموا في هذه الحرب طمعوا في قطعة منها، إلا أن مطالبة الاتحاد السوفياتي بقطعة منها عجل في استقلال ليبيا، فجاء الاستقلال كهدية بمناسبة أعياد الميلاد، وهكذا ربحنا «الوطن» مثلما يربح محظوظ جائزة اليانصيب، بينما لم يتشكل مفهوم الوطن والهوية.

ها نحن ننهب البلاد مرة أخرى.

ولكن هذه المرة ليس طرابلس فقط وإنما كل البلاد، وها نحن نتصرف مرة أخرى كقبائل وليس كشعب وحدته المحن والتجارب.

نكرر الأخطاء نفسها لأننا بعد الاستقلال لم نحاسب بعضنا، ولم نحاكم من قاتل مع الطليان مثل باندة عاكف وباندة خريبيش.

أخفينا الأوساخ تحت الحصيرة والشعيرة تحت التبن، وفتحنا صفحة جديدة فإذا بنا نفتح صفحة قديمة، واتضح أخيرا أننا لم نصل إلى مرتبة شعب ليكون لنا وطن نذود عنه جميعا، ونتقاسم خيراته بالتساوي ونفخر بأننا نعيش أحرارا في وطن حر.

بعد فبراير استولى مقاتلو الزنتان على مطار طرابلس، وتحول من مرفق للدولة إلى غنيمة للزنتان، وعندما هاجمت قوات مصراتة المطار، صرخ قائدهم صلاح بادي «الله أكبر مطار طرابلس يحترق»، وكأن المطار بالفعل مطار الزنتان، وعندما اعتقلوا سيف القذافي تذكروا أسطورة «خوت الجد»، وتحول إلى غنيمة يراهنون عليه لحكم البلاد، فعاملوه كما يعامل «عزيز قوم ذل».

كنت أتمنى إذا خُطف أي مواطن أو اعتقل خارج القانون، أن يخرج الجميع للدفاع عنه والتنديد بالجريمة، كما تفعل كل الشعوب الحرة التي تؤمن أن لها وطنا تدافع عنه، وأن اعتقال مواطن واحد خارج القانون هو تهديد للجميع.

ولكن اعتقال وزير المالية السابق فرج بومطاري بطريقة غير قانونية جعلت قبيلته «الزوية» تخرج لتغلق بعض الحقول النفطية،

بالضبط مثلما فعل المقارحة عندما أغلقوا آبار النهر الصناعي،

ومثلما فعل الزنتان عندما أغلقوا خط الغاز في الحمادة الحمراء.

كل هذا يؤكد عدم تبلور مفهوم الوطن عند الليبيين.
