الحقيقة أن غريزة الانتماء هى من أهم الغرائز التى وضعها الله فى الانسان. ومن هذا يمكن القول بأن الله عز وجل قد جعل الانسان مخلوق منتمى بطبعه ولا يمكن أن يعيش بمفرده. والانتماء هنا يعنى إرتباط الانسان بما يشعر أنه جزء منه ومصدر إعتزاز له.

وبمعنى آخر الانتماء هو الانتساب الى شيء (أو فكر) معين والاحساس بالولاء له. ولعل من أهم مكونات ومستلزمات الانتماء هو الحب. ويمكن اعتبار الانتماء والحب وجهان لعملة واحدة. اذ لا يمكن تصور وجود الانتماء فى مناخ من الكراهية والبغظ.

ولا يعنى مجرد قَبول كل ما فى المجتمع من قِيم وأفكار وعادات والافتخار بها حتى ولو كانت خاطئة. ومن جهة أخرى لايعني أيضا مجرد الاعجاب المفرط بما عند الغير والتقليد الاعمى لهم.

فعلى سبيل المثال وفى نفس الوقت الذى يجب أن نعترف به نحن المسلمون (وذلك لأن الاعتراف بالمشكلة هو نصف الحل) بان الغرب قد تقدم علينا فى كل شىء وأصبح مركز لكل النشاطات الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية والسياسية الا أن ذلك يجب ألا يقودنا من جهة أخرى الى التشكيك فى قدراتنا ومعتقداتنا واصالتنا، ولا الى محاولة تقليدهم واتباعهم فى كل شىء. بل يجب أن نعتبر هذا التخلف الذى أصابنا هو مجرد ذليل قاطع على أننا نعيش اليوم أزمة فقدان الذات وضعف الانتماء.

(3) تحمل المسئولية: وتعنى استعداد الانسان لتحمل أعباء القيام (أوعدم القيام) بما يكلف به من اعمال. وبمعنى اخر ان الانسان المنتمى هو الذى دائما مستعد للقيام بكل واجباته وايضا لتحمل كل المسئووليات المناطة به.

(4) أتباع المنهجية العلمية فى العمل والتفكير والسلوك. بمعنى ان الانسان المنتمى هو انسان منهجى بطبعة. ولعل من اهم أساليب المنهجية هو التركيزعند التعامل مع أى مشكلة على أبعادها الاساسية المتعلقة بالسبب والغرض والكيفية. وبمعنى آخر أن الانسان المنهجى هو الذى يتعامل مع المشاكل التى تواجهه بالاجابة على أسئلتها الجوهرية التى يمكن حصرها فى: ماذا؟ ولماذا؟ وكيف؟ ومتى؟

(5) تبنى الافكارالحية: بمعنى أن الانسان المنتمي هو الانسان القادر على التفريق ما بين الافكارالحية والافكارالميتة وهو الذى يبحت دائما عن الافكار الصالحة والمفيدة وأخذها مهما كلف الثمن ومن أى مكان أتت. وهو الذى يؤمن بما يمكن ان نطلق عليه بـ اشتراكية الافكاروهى تعنى ان الافكار فى الأصل لا تنتمي إلى أرض معينة ولا إلى جنس محدد وليس لها لون واحد بل هى ملك لكل من يكتشفها ويستخدمها ويستفيد بها.
