وإن الاستراتيجيات في العالم الإسلامي بحاجة ماسة للعناية بالمكونات الداخلية للقوى والكيانات نفسها، بتلبية احتياجات أفرادها والحرص على سلامة أدائهم وحيويتهم وانسجامهم كعامل حاسم في استمرارها.

إلا أن انسجام عطاءاتهم وتناغم جهودهم سيحقق أفضل النتائج بعون الله.

وهذا الحد الأدنى الذي يجب أن تحققه الاستراتيجيات في العالم الإسلامي، أن تتكامل وتتساند وتعضد بعضها بعضًا إن كانت صادقة في أهدافها الاستراتيجية، ففي ذلك قوة لا تُبارى.
